From the photos, it seems there are two V400s that look different.
The one with the company logo on the top and at the edge, although cheap, I don't see any reason to buy it, either in general or since there is the "very slightly" more expensive i-610, which is in no way comparable, so get that now (the difference in sound is colossal).
What is the other photo's one with the logo on top and in the center? Another version? Are the speakers different? I have no opinion on the second one.
Anyway, the first one, for which I wrote a review, I would not rate as 6W under any circumstances, unless it needs a very strong input signal to deliver that, in which case that is a problem (while the i-610 with the same input signal "screams"), and in general it is not worth buying.
I don't have other speakers in such a low price category in front of me to compare with; maybe they all play somewhat like this, or better or worse, but for so little more money (e.g. the i-610), the sound upgrade is so huge that it makes no sense to buy it. Of course, it needs equalizer use, and without having something good available as a reference for direct comparison, one might even think it is reasonable to sound like this (what do you pay? almost nothing), there is nothing bad about it. That is, I don't know whether the stars I gave are fair for its price category purely (to be fair myself too), but based on its sound, how can you recommend it? You can't. Cheap junk, which no matter how much you try to accept, is difficult.
