The The TomTom Runner 3 Cardio is a smartwatch that can be connected to a mobile (smartphone) Android or iOS. It is mainly aimed at those interested in a smartwatch with multiple functions and capabilities for monitoring their health and physical condition. Between its capabilities, it stands out for its GPS, step and distance tracking, and built-in heart rate monitor.
With the heart rate monitor, the Runner 3 Cardio will be able to accurately detect your heart rate 24 hours a day and identify even small changes, knowing each of your heartbeats well. With the step tracking sensor, you will be able to know the distance you have traveled as well as the steps you have taken. Additionally, GPS allows for satellite-based tracking of your geographical position, so you can accurately monitor your route.

Finally, it can be used in various activities such as running, cycling, swimming, and hiking as it has pre-loaded sports profiles, each of which includes specialized measurements and indicators.

    Πολύ καλό ρόλοι και η τιμή super το πήρα 139 ευρο το έχω 1 μήνα τώρα και μου αρέσει αρκετά δεν έχω τεσταρει ακόμα την μπαταρία σε μαραθώνιο για την διάρκεια θα δούμε .

    Έχει καλή ακρίβεια στην ένδειξη παλμών καρδιάς, αν και πρόσφατα μου έβγαλε μια-δυο φορές "τρελές" μετρήσεις (στους 6 μήνες καθημερινής χρήσης). Είναι αρκετά βολικό σαν μέγεθος αλλά το λουράκι του δεν είναι και ότι καλύτερο καθότι απασφαλίζει σε έντονη κίνηση. Ένα ακόμα μειονέκτημα είναι το app που έχει για το κινητό το οποίο βρίσκεται πίσω σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό.

    Μετά το τελευταίο update στο firmware σου βγάζει και ένδειξη VO2max αν και για κάποιο λόγο "κόλλησε" και δεν μπορούσε να συνδεθεί με το κινητό με bluetooth, χρειάστηκε να κάνω reset το ρολόι για να λειτουργήσει πάλι σωστά...
