    I bought it for off-camera flash and not for a camera. It is extremely lightweight and doesn't tire you out when holding it in your hand with a light speedlight on top. It has a relatively long length, which is what I wanted. Of course, as a "monopod," it doesn't work, it is completely unsuitable. But for a flash stick, it's the best!
