The series SIGNALS - Contemporary Approaches to Ancient Greek Literature aims to include interpretative works by Greek and foreign scholars of ancient Greek literature. The aforementioned works will consist either of a personal contribution by a single author or will arise from a collective effort - they will thus be volumes that have been developed by teams of specialists.

The focus of interest of each book will be the serious scientific approach and the well-founded presentation of a specific topic of broader interest related to the ancient Greek literary tradition.
