I didn't see any difference in my tests. I don't know how much it actually "works" in the end. What is certain is that it messed up my toilet routine.

It is a particularly effective dietary supplement with high omega 3 content. I would prefer the capsule to be a little smaller, but I have no problem swallowing it in general.

Doing market research, I found out that Eviol Ω3 capsules have a higher content of EPA and especially DHA compared to other similar Omega-3 products. I trust it and have been taking it for three months now. I have noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin.

I have tried Omega-3 from other companies, paid more for them, and I was not satisfied. The EVIOL Omega-3 is very good. I can easily take it. It has no smell. It is gluten-free. And after just 4 days, I feel better. It is truly worth it.
