    I specifically got this one (74 series) because it has much more power than the 160 or 180 of the basic 70 series. The blade is as close as possible to the cutting edges, which gives it great strength. For higher performance, go for the 73 series x-cut, although it does not cut the NYM straight, and for even higher performance, go for the rebar cutter.
