  • Power

Power, measured in Watt (W), is the most important feature in a nail lamp. It determines the intensity of the radiation and, consequently, the speed and effectiveness of the polymerization (drying) of materials (semi-permanent polish, gel, acrygel).

  • Type of Lamp

The type of lamp determines the lighting technology used for curing.

UV Lamp: Uses fluorescent bulbs that need to be replaced after a certain number of hours of use.

LED Lamp: Uses LED bulbs (light-emitting diodes) that have a long lifespan (up to 50,000 hours).

UV/LED Lamp: Combines both technologies, emitting light at dual wavelengths (365nm & 405nm). This allows it to cure all semi-permanent polishes, UV gels, builder gels, polygel, and acrygel.

It dries relatively quickly, it didn't warm my hand too much in 2 minutes, but in the specific device I bought, they have printed "on" and "off" upside down, and I got confused on how to open it. However, the store helped me.
