    I have had it since 2019 and its menu, after daily use for about 1 month or less, freezes and the only way to restart it is to unplug it while the TV is on, for a few seconds. Then it unlocks. Overall, the response of the menu, changing channels, and transitioning between different functions is a real hassle... The sound is mediocre. Well, don't even get me started on the smart TV...
    Also, for the past few months, the 2 USB ports don't work simultaneously, with 2 flash drives I mean, while before everything was fine.
    As for software updates, I don't even remember when the last one was, not that it has done many since August 2019 when I bought it...
    Philips, stay away my dear ones!!

    The menu is one of the worst I have seen, completely awkward. The response time to any command is extremely slow. Changing channels takes almost 2 seconds to tune in. The image, even from a small angle, is problematic. The sound simply covers the basics. The worst of all is that in the last year, while watching Netflix or YouTube, it suddenly freezes and switches the image to digital channels while simultaneously displaying a loading signal on the screen... and the only way to unfreeze it is to start over from the beginning...

    The TV 55PUS6162 was purchased on 18/05/2019 for 490 euros for the 55-inch... The sound is unacceptable (with a set of speakers everything is fine) but I liked the colors... On 10/06/2019, it had a problem with the screen... I called Philips service (very good and helpful) more than 3-4 times... The technician came to see the problem and said it would take about 15 days to fix it... He took the TV with him and finally, after 60 days and being without a TV for all this time, the TV returned home... 15 days later, the TV has the SAME problem again and the same ordeal begins... Stay away from this TV!!!!!!!!! Perhaps the worst purchase I have ever made... The spare parts probably come swimming and the faults follow one another. P.S. I usually try to be positive, but in this product, you can't see anything positive!

    For the 469€ that I bought it, the 55pus6162 TV is perfect!!!! Just needs the appropriate settings that everyone desires!!!!! If you are looking for a simple TV, which is also smart and 4K and you use the Internet occasionally, for this money it is perfect!!!!!

    I had it for a week. Unfortunately, my space was very small, and I was watching from relatively close, which caused problems in my eyes (fatigue, confusion).
    However, during the time I had it, I noticed that it is an excellent television. Excellent picture, vibrant colors, good (not excellent) sound, excellent performance in 4K videos from YouTube, to which it connects easily, as well as generally on the internet (including Netflix).
    I watched movies from Blu-ray, Netflix, and from a hard drive (1080p) without any problems and I was completely satisfied.
    It has a wide range of options in everything (picture, sound, eco, etc.) so you can customize it to your preferences.
    Simply, its menu is not as user-friendly compared to, for example, a Samsung's equivalent. However, since my previous TV was Philips, I adapted quickly.
    It is highly recommended for someone who wants an affordable (~€600) 55-inch TV. If I could, I would replace it with the same model in 43 inches (unfortunately, it was not available in the store where I bought it).
    One drawback (although from what I saw, all modern TVs have it) is the glossy surface, to the point where everything reflects on it. However, in a dark environment, there is no problem.

    I have it here for 3-4 years.
    The menu is one of the worst I have seen, completely awkward. The response time to any command is extremely slow. Changing channels takes almost 2 seconds to tune in. The image, even from a small angle, is problematic. The sound simply covers the basics. The worst of all is that in the last year, while watching Netflix or YouTube, it suddenly freezes and switches the image to digital channels while simultaneously displaying a loading signal on the screen... and the only way to unfreeze it is to start over from the beginning...

    The TV 55PUS6162 was purchased on 18/05/2019 for 490 euros for the 55-inch... The sound is unacceptable (with a set of speakers everything is fine) but I liked the colors... On 10/06/2019, it had a problem with the screen... I called Philips service (very good and helpful) more than 3-4 times... The technician came to see the problem and said it would take about 15 days to fix it... He took the TV with him and finally, after 60 days and being without a TV for all this time, the TV returned home... 15 days later, the TV has the SAME problem again and the same ordeal begins... Stay away from this TV!!!!!!!!! Perhaps the worst purchase I have ever made... The spare parts probably come swimming and the faults follow one another. P.S. I usually try to be positive, but in this product, you can't see anything positive!

    For the 469€ that I bought it, the 55pus6162 TV is perfect!!!! Just needs the appropriate settings that everyone desires!!!!! If you are looking for a simple TV, which is also smart and 4K and you use the Internet occasionally, for this money it is perfect!!!!!

    I had it for a week. Unfortunately, my space was very small, and I was watching from relatively close, which caused problems in my eyes (fatigue, confusion).
    However, during the time I had it, I noticed that it is an excellent television. Excellent picture, vibrant colors, good (not excellent) sound, excellent performance in 4K videos from YouTube, to which it connects easily, as well as generally on the internet (including Netflix).
    I watched movies from Blu-ray, Netflix, and from a hard drive (1080p) without any problems and I was completely satisfied.
    It has a wide range of options in everything (picture, sound, eco, etc.) so you can customize it to your preferences.
    Simply, its menu is not as user-friendly compared to, for example, a Samsung's equivalent. However, since my previous TV was Philips, I adapted quickly.
    It is highly recommended for someone who wants an affordable (~€600) 55-inch TV. If I could, I would replace it with the same model in 43 inches (unfortunately, it was not available in the store where I bought it).
    One drawback (although from what I saw, all modern TVs have it) is the glossy surface, to the point where everything reflects on it. However, in a dark environment, there is no problem.
