Excellent ball. It is as hard as it needs to be. I chose this one because I work out a lot and I was not disappointed. I have issues in some spots on my upper trapezius. With daily use for 2-3 minutes, I feel much relief. It definitely helps! Highly recommended!

it is hard but it helps with plantar fasciitis.. along with physiotherapy of course.. shockwave.. I struggled for a few years but now I am fine.. thank God

great product, as described. Firm but still soft enough. Have had one before but lost it. Helps relieve alot of sore and tight areas

Less durable compared to the Trigger Point Ball MB5 Massage Ball 12.7cm 0.16kg, but it works wonders for its price. In one month, it relieved the tight spots on my back with just 15 minutes of exercise per day. We can become our own doctors, as long as we make smart investments with our money in products like this masterpiece, which with its unique pressure can restore proper function to the affected area

Durable, I recommend it for exercises where we touch it with our bare feet and balance on it. The pressure applied does therapeutic work whether you use it when washing dishes at the sink if you are a housekeeper or after a day when your feet need relaxation, it gives you what you need most: a reflexology session with the only cost being your willingness to buy it once and have it for a long time, doing 10 minutes a day of exercises in the desired area from the feet to the cruciate, to the back, and wherever else we have a pathological problem, it helps

It literally gives pain... which is what it is designed for after all. I will give it 4 stars instead of 5 because personally, I consider the price to be a bit steep.
