Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I chose this particular mattress because the description states that it is medium-firm, but in reality it is extremely hard. From the very first night, I wake up with pain in my lower back, back, and shoulders, something that has never happened to me with other mattresses. If I had known its true feel, I would never have bought it.
I believe that the product description does not reflect reality in terms of firmness, and this can lead many consumers to make the wrong choice. In addition, when I contacted the store to find a solution, the response was that since the mattress had been opened and used, it could not be returned, with no willingness to compromise or replace it with another model.
The overall shopping experience was negative, and I would not recommend this particular mattress to anyone who is truly looking for a medium-firm sleeping surface.

Because I turned around the displays before buying it, it has half the price of similar mattresses in stores. Very comfortable mattress and you don't feel the springs when you lie down.

If you have doubts, get rid of it and get this mattress. Note that it is firm. It is not for people who want a soft mattress. The feel is hard yet soft at the same time.
