If you have a simple analog thermostat with your cylinder, I suggest upgrading to a digital one!

I got this one this year and I am thrilled with the oil consumption compared to previous years!

Well, you can adjust 2 zones, one with the sun and the other with the moon. Be careful, no relation to night and day, whatever you want, you set in hours.

A1 to A2 is the sun, A2 to A3 is the moon, A3 to A4 is the sun. Of course, automatically it goes from A4 to A1. Be careful not to overlap one zone with another.

    Example:

A1 opens at 06:00 with a temperature limit of 22 degrees.
    A2 closes at 07:00.
A2 opens from 08:00 with a temperature limit of 18.5 degrees.
    A3 closes at 18:00.
A3 opens at 18:30 with a temperature limit of 22 degrees.
    A4 closes at 23:30.
Automatically, from 23:31 to 05:59 it will be open with a temperature limit of 18.5 degrees.

This was my own daily program, where I set the sun to 22 degrees and the moon to 18.5 degrees.

You can press the button at any time and switch from moon to sun, meaning if you happen to be at home during hours when you have set a low temperature, you simply press it and the boiler starts working with the temperature you set for the sun. Or vice versa.

From the left side, you can select off, auto sun, or moon. That is the mode.

    I have it on auto.

If I were to change something, I would like to set a weekly program instead of a daily one! For example, on weekends when we are at home, I would like it to turn on at different times. But I imagine that would be available in a more expensive model.
Finally, I would like the screen to have a backlight, but it doesn't.

I highly recommend it, this year I think I saved over 120 liters of oil. The previous one did whatever it wanted before.

There is the worst and there is also the WORST. After managing to learn the programs with the many, to my disappointment, I found that the temperature is at least inaccurate... it opens when it feels like it, sometimes at +-1 degree, other times at half. Just when it gives the command to open and just when the bodies are about to warm up, it turns off... I have no words to describe it further. The only sure thing is that I wasted my money and I'm going for a replacement.

I don't understand if it activates/deactivates after a 1°C or 0.5°C change. The instructions in the manual for the parameter settings on the back of the thermostat are insufficient. I don't know if this particular one was defective, but it is completely unreliable. We wake up in the morning and the house is freezing because the programming didn't activate. Second winter we have it. Pure inconvenience.

Very high-quality thermostat. With a large easy-to-read screen, accuracy, and very simple programming. It is not a seven-day thermostat. It is a daily one. That means you can set a program that will repeat every day. During the 24-hour period, you can set two programs, meaning two on-off cycles.

Easy to use. I thought that in the daily programming I could set more ON OFF but it only has two. I still don't know what temperature it sets when it's not within those 2 time frames. Additionally, I believe it would be useful for the screen to be illuminated in some way.
