It's pretty good. I got it for professional (and personal) use and I literally use it day and night for the past 1-2 years. Very nice feel overall, except for... the bluetooth part.

Unfortunately, bluetooth is one of the most outdated technologies, and a technology that doesn't work without drivers (like any other, of course, for other reasons it's outdated). Which means, you will definitely need at least another keyboard. Why? Because in case you need to enter the BIOS or simply because the bluetooth drivers for whatever reason don't work, or because the bluetooth dongle, which you found so hard, is playing tricks on you (it's generally hard to find bluetooth dongles let alone a reputable and good one), then you won't be able to use your keyboard.

This is solved by the Apple Magic Keyboard, which also accepts a USB cable for direct connection to the computer, so you can avoid the necessary use of bluetooth.

In general, do not get this keyboard if you don't have a backup alternative solution, at least your laptop's keyboard. Otherwise, very good in feel and typing, but I would prefer if it offered the option of a cable so it could stand as a standalone solution and not under the need of a second backup keyboard for every possible scenario.

After about a year of owning 2 of these (one for home and one for the office), I can write a neutral review.

The keyboard is a sleek and minimalist gem on the desk, it is small and elegant, the keys have immediate and almost silent response, the battery lasts for a long time, and overall I have nothing bad to say when it is in operation but...

The connectivity on the first keyboard via Bluetooth is terrible... It disconnects after 5-10 minutes of use and you have to pair it again to reconnect (when it disconnects, the caps lock keys don't even blink).
Luckily, Microsoft has good customer service...
If you happen to get a good batch, it is the best keyboard you could have.

Great build quality, gives you the feeling that you are holding something premium. Minimalistic design and very good typing experience. No connection issues with my laptop in the 3 months that I have owned it. The only thing that may bother is when it goes into idle mode, but apart from gaming, this behavior is not a problem.

I have to say that when it works, it's awesome, but when it freezes, it drives you crazy and you want to break it for the money wasted. Personally, I haven't gone four consecutive days without encountering a problem, like when the computer starts up and doesn't immediately connect for me to enter the password, and I need to use the backup keyboard from Microsoft with a cable to log in. What really annoys me is that it doesn't take commands while typing or it delays, freezes, and generally takes commands after 20 seconds, etc.

Personally, I discourage you from buying it.

UPDATE OF REVIEW (09-05-2019):
After 4 months and having switched to a different company (Logitech Craft), I have to tell you that Microsoft is a joke, which is why they withdrew this keyboard from the market, and I still haven't received my money back. I sent it back to the company where I purchased it, and they, in turn, sent it to the representative, who responded after 1 month saying that the keyboard is ultimately broken and there is an issue with the Bluetooth connectivity. From 3 stars, they don't even deserve half a star!!

Excellent keyboard! It looks very much like those of apple (in shape, size, layout, keys) for anyone who wants to have a point of comparison.
