For those who want it for posture, it doesn't work. I tried it as it is and it tired me a lot. Το δοκίμασα ακομα κ με τους πάτους της scholl κ πάλι με κούρασε ενώ γενικά οι πατοι με έχουν βολέψει πολύ ακόμα κ σε φθηνά αθλητικά! Επίσης γλυστραει πολύ σε πλάκακι.. Λερώνεται εύκολα κ δεν Καθαρίζει το υλικό του... Κρίμα τα λεφτά του..
