Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) include leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which make up about 1/3 of the skeletal muscles in the human body. These amino acids play a significant role in protein synthesis and muscle growth.

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and is important for muscle growth and strength. Citrulline malate may enhance nitric oxide production and aerobic energy production while reducing the sensation of fatigue.
