    For those who want to go for 144hz - 1440p, you definitely need to get a certified cable. I made the mistake of getting another one that was supposed to be okay, but it had interference.
    High Hz and high resolution require a lot of bandwidth. Specifically, 1440p 144hz requires more bandwidth than 4K 60Hz, around 17Gbps. So a good and certified cable is important if you don't want interruptions and interference in the image.

    Update 18-05-2020: The image has various artifacts, which also exist with HDMI 2.0, so I don't know if it's the cable or the monitor. I also ordered another cable from the brand star-tech, which has a good reputation as a company and its cables have excellent reviews. I will provide further updates.
