Description

This work "The Expert Testimony" is a monograph on the evidentiary medium of expert testimony.

Expert testimony is a significant evidentiary medium in the criminal process.

The main reason for the establishment of experts and technical advisors was and is believed to be the judicial deficiency, which seems to stem from the inadequate knowledge of judges on matters of various professions or arts.

Specifically, the structure of the material is divided into three main parts: a) Expert testimony in general (evidentiary means and moral proof, administrative expert testimony, criminal expert testimony, technical advisors), b) Distinctions of expert testimony (evidence in civil procedural law and its comparison to criminal - criminological evidence, the relationship of expert testimony with other evidentiary means, documents in civil and criminal procedural law, witness expert testimony) and c) The forms of expert testimony (preliminary expert testimony, expert testimony in women, psychiatric expert testimony, graphological expert testimony, forensic expert testimony, criminological expert testimony, DNA analysis, personal data, etc.).

The edition is complemented by a practical alphabetical index.
