Discover KI NO BI (“The Beauty of the Seasons”), the first Japanese gin to be distilled, blended, and bottled in historic Kyoto. Made with a base of rice spirit and pure underground water from the renowned sake-producing region of Fushimi, KI NO BI redefines classic Dry Gin by adding a distinctive Japanese signature.

Its uniqueness lies in the art of blending: the botanicals are divided into 6 categories (Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbs, Spices, Fruits & Flowers) and are distilled separately before being brought together in perfect harmony. With ingredients such as yellow yuzu, akamatsu (Japanese red pine) wood, bamboo, gyokuro tea, and green sanshō pepper, every sip is a tribute to the traditions of Japan.

Tasting Notes

  • Aroma: Fresh notes of yuzu and a subtle hint of sanshō that lingers on the nose like morning mist in a bamboo forest.
  • Taste: The juniper perfectly complements and highlights the rare Japanese botanicals, creating a clean and balanced profile.
