It is very good and it seems that it will last for years, just like a ceramic product from the same company that I own. Purchased for 6.60 euros.

What is certain is that it cleans very easily and is super non-stick! Although it's a pizza pan, I bought it for pies because while they bake well on top, not so much on the bottom, so I decided to try my luck with this one too. Unfortunately, the same thing happened, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Without any oil, in a home oven, homemade dough with 72% hydration that was incredibly sticky!

Probably the best homemade pizza I have ever made.

Tip: At the maximum temperature, bake the base with the sauce for only 60% of the time on the bottom rack with the heating element at full power, take it out, add toppings, switch to Grill, and put it on the top rack for the rest of the time (for me at 250 degrees the times are 6' and 3' respectively).

Good & quality baking tray with stone coating:
1. Quality construction and materials.

I use very little oil and it never sticks. EXCELLENT baking pan. I left it in the village and got another one to have at home as well. For Epirus cheese pie - which I mainly use it for - it comes out perfectly, thin and crispy! To avoid damaging the coating, I don’t cut it in the pan, but transfer it all together to another one (it comes off easily, "rolls" if you turn the pan over). We take care to have... Excellent and Greek product. I highly recommend it!

The best pizza pans I have ever seen! The pizzas reached another level! I have bought 2 36-inch pans and 1 22-inch pan and I will definitely buy more to make pizzas and freeze them! It's worth every penny, no doubt about it!!!

Very satisfied. It's worth its money. The best baking tray I have bought. It bakes pies and pizzas perfectly while fitting comfortably in the freezer (with drawers).

Between serious and funny, a pizza now costs over 10€ outside. The tray costs 7.8€, let your imagination work. It's very good for making flatbreads and it can also bake other foods, maybe even desserts! I highly recommend it without reservation!

I only have good things to say about this baking tray. Its construction quality is quite good, while at the same time it is lightweight and easy to use. Its biggest advantage is its completely non-stick surface. I open dough for pizza, I don't grease it at all, and yet when it's baked, it comes off without even trying! This way, the pizza becomes lighter and the dough doesn't have as much moisture, resulting in a crispy crust. It bakes easily and evenly. The size of the tray (26cm) comfortably satisfies 2 or 3 people, if they're not very hungry. I have seen that the company has many baking trays and it is Greek. I will definitely buy more in the future.

We bought it here a year ago on sale due to its size (diameter and height of the sides). It is ideal.

It bakes perfectly like all aluminum pans suitable for dough.

So far, the non-stick coating has not worn off.

It is also a Greek product!
