Resistance band by Amila suitable for strengthening exercises and physiotherapy. It can be used in many effective exercises for strengthening the upper and lower limbs.

Usage

Suitable for all user levels, from beginners for stretching, strengthening, and assistance in pull-ups to more advanced users for Power Lifting, deadlifts, dips, squats, etc. 

Use it for counterbalance in pull-up bars to assist you in pull-ups or as an additional difficulty in squats with a bar (or without), or in various other machines. Resistance training has been proven to strengthen muscles, increase endurance, and boost speed. It is also ideal for rehabilitation exercises and expanding the range of motion. Easy to transport, you can have it with you at the gym, at home, or even outside.

Ρε παιδιά δεν εχω καταλάβει πως θα διαλεκω σκληρότητα. Εγω είμαι 96-97 κιλα και το θελω για να κανω σιγα σιγα μονοζυγο. Παλια εκανα 2-3 και τωρα ξαναχισα γυμανστηριο. Να παρω το πολυ σκληρό; Φoβάμαι μηπως μετα μου ειναι πολύ εύκολο να κάνω ψευτο ελξεις
