    Cute rubber for exercises. Various videos circulate on the internet, however, not everything is as simple as it seems. Personally, it has helped me with 2-3 exercises. Keep in mind that it is not as hard as described, but the different colors are related to the size of the rubber (pink is for height up to 1.65, green for 1.90+, orange for intermediate heights).
