I use them in a shavette, I am about halfway through and so far I am particularly satisfied with their performance. I switched to traditional shaving after having a terrible time with classic razors due to my thick beard, where they would either dull halfway through or just scrape after a point. So far, none of these issues have occurred with these particular blades. Although I don't have sensitive skin, I can say that I experience no irritation with their use and they remain sharp even after 5-6 uses. I also tried other brands in between, but I think this particular one has found the golden mean in terms of sharpness and blade longevity.

Feather... what else can you expect from the Japanese "masters" of the blade.

As someone new to traditional shaving, I tried several blades—from milder to sharper ones. I was truly impressed by the Feather. We're not just talking about a sharp blade, but something that feels like a laser. The precision and cleanliness of the shave are on another level.

The most important thing for me is that, beyond their exceptional sharpness, they are also quite durable when you take proper care of them.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to really feel the steel on their skin.

Having very tough and dense stubble after 3-4 days, I always thought I needed to do the proper preparation for shaving right after a shower when the skin is soft and the hairs have softened, and always with pre-shave oil or cream... the result with other razors was mediocre since a second or even third pass against the grain was needed, resulting in the skin suffering post shave.

With the FEATHER blades loaded in a Rockwell Razor 6S on the 4th setting, the result is amazing!! I eliminated pre-shave oil and cream, and with just one pass using a good soap, the skin is truly smooth!! No irritation, no burning!! Don't believe the stories that you'll cut yourself or other wild tales unless you want to shave in 5 minutes with 3 strokes... Traditional shaving takes its time.

There is simply no comparison with anything else on the market. It is simply the best. The made in Japan says it all... Like shaving with a KATANA!!! My respects, the sharpest thing there is!

I give 4 stars because it caused me some irritation, but otherwise a very good blade. For me, however, the nacet and perma sharp gave me a better shave

Very good blades. I shaved and didn't have any irritation. I've been shaving with a safety razor for a little while and I didn't cut myself, so don't worry about how sharp they are.

Unmatched quality and durability by the Japanese stainless steel. Very sharp blade and needs some experience to handle it but I recommend it to everyone.

Having tried at least 3 competitive brands, these are by far the best blades, fewer repetitions, almost negligible nicks!

First contact two years ago, first experience difficult with a lot of blood, but after that, you simply can't compare it to any other; something I did, I tried over 20 blades and none can compare to it, it is by far the best that is available.

I give 4 stars because while they cut very well with the machine I have, Gillette King, after one shave I want another blade because after the first one they don't cut

3rd time I try them - different razor each time - and unfortunately the same result... Irritations and cuts that I never have with other blades. They may work for others, but I don't think I'll use them again. For example, my Gillette razors fit me perfectly.

Novice in sports with very hard beards. I have 2 machines. And in both machines the blade is top-notch. One pass and done. Astor, Astra that I tried require more passes, and they may cause redness. These have never left me with redness, even though I have sensitive skin. Ounagi flip-flops

Very sharp. You need to learn how to use it properly (depending on the type of your skin of course). I particularly like the case that stores the blades. I will say that it doesn't have durability... you break each blade in half and each half gives you a perfect shave... Shaving with the same blade personally causes irritation for me. But it's not a negative for me because their price allows me to change them constantly.

The best, after all, everyone says it and it's not random. The first shave with a safety razor is like magic! It takes the hair off like butter and leaves you with an amazing feeling! The second shave is more normal but still cuts like crazy, on the third one you feel the difference but it still cuts, I didn't even bother with the fourth. Now, with a razor that uses both blades, I imagine it will be even more durable. Awesome, I recommend it!

Very sharp blade, especially on aggressive machines.. It requires attention, definitely more than other blades. Personally, I wouldn't put it as my first choice.. Of course, it depends on what suits each person's face and technique!

I heard that Feather is the sharpest razor, so I decided to give it a try...
Personally, it didn't satisfy me on a three-day beard, I felt it was pulling and it caused irritation.
I tested it with a Merkur 34c.
What can I say, for me only Perma Sharp.
Of course, all of this is relative, it may work for others and not for others. The quality of the hair, the skin, and the machine all play a role, but for me, it didn't work

Perhaps the best I have ever tried, it provides a close and long-lasting shave. However, it requires caution for someone who has never used it before because they might actually get injured. This razor cuts through anything, it doesn't require any force to cut, in fact, it will gently caress the skin.

Very sharp razor blades that if you don't pay attention or apply more pressure, they will cut you.. They are among the best I have tried. I believe these and the perma sharp ones are the best on the market.. For more safety during shaving, it is better to do it after a hot bath.

I have very tough facial hair and for this reason I bought the r41 for a close and good shave. I have tried many blades but the problem is that if I go with the direction of the hair, they still show underneath, and with two hands I avoid going against the grain. Perhaps the most high-quality and sharp blade on the market. Even with 3-week-old beard, it glides as if it's not even there, even after 3 shaves. That's why you have to respect it, otherwise it will punish you.

I've been using it with the Muhle Traditional R 41 open comb for a few months now. I've never had a closer shave in my life. However, it requires great attention and learning because the slightest irregularity on the skin can result in irritation or cuts.

It's not a blade that will make shaving faster. Quite the opposite, I would say, but with exceptional results if done correctly.

Don't waste time on trials right and left. For me, the best choice! It cuts perfectly without causing irritations. Feather or Kai, there is no other option

Indeed very good and sharp as the others say, but short duration. A couple of shaves and it's time for a change.

Yes, they are the sharpest on the planet, but they only last for 2-3 good shaves, while providing the deepest exfoliation. For sensitive skin, they are a splatter, especially in open comb razors! Afterwards, they still cut, but under a microscope, they show signs of over-sharpening = irritation, like an Astra after 5 uses. If you want to waste money just because it's a famous, advertised brand and change it every 3rd shave or undergo years of skin regeneration, okay, buy them. Personally, I have bought and tried them many times in the last 15 years, but now the new and unused ones I have are in their box, wrapped in wax paper for emergency medical use because they cut, when new, like a surgical scalpel (they are the first choice for surgeons for scalpel blades), meaning they allow for perfect skin bonding.

Mixed feelings...
I wanted to try it out of curiosity because of how popular it is as a sharp blade. It gives a good shave (maybe even better than other blades I've tried), but I didn't feel the sharpness I expected. Either my skin is "lifting" it or I use it very carefully or... it came out defective, hence the mixed feelings. Could it be that my razor doesn't fully utilize it? I have the Nipavo Pogotonomia Line. My previous blades were Bic Astor Stainless and Wilkinson Sword Classic.

Super sharp blade but also aggressive. If you press it, you're done for. Perfect combination with Muhle R41, the sharpest thing out there. Didn't perform as well with Rockwell 6s.

I do not have much experience in the field, but I can say that these specific blades are excellent. Initially, I have never noticed any rust on them, even though they may be on my razor for 4-5 weeks. The reason they last so long is that they maintain their sharpness so well, that each side can guarantee 4-5 shaves, although I do not have a lot of or particularly tough facial hair. Especially compared to the cheaper range of feather blades, which included my razor, I can say that they are significantly better, both in terms of how well they cut and their durability. I would highly recommend them.
