-Excellent 4K picture, especially on Netflix, Youtube, and playback from both USB and media center. Free from light bleeding except for minimal in the corners, which you only notice after a lot of effort.
-The sound pleasantly surprised me to the point where I consider a simple soundbar unnecessary, unless you have a very good one.
-Although the Android is a bit slow in the menus, you can significantly improve its speed by reducing the animations from the settings.
-A good number of applications from the store, but you can also install APKs from the USB if you miss your favorite one.
    -Very good picture presets.
-Perfect for gaming, both from a console and from Steam (it has Steam Link in the store). Supports 4K, HDR, and 100Hz, just use HDMI 2 and 3, which are also 2.0.
-Recognizes all the controllers I have connected (Xbox One S, Switch Pro Controller, generic Bluetooth), as well as wireless keyboard-mouse (Logitech).
-The remote control it comes with also supports voice control. Very useful for quickly finding what you're looking for, especially on YouTube.

I highly recommend it, especially for around 900 euros, which is what I got it for (Black Friday). It has no rival. I would only replace it with the same one in 65 inches. Also, excellent build quality. It's a Sony.

I have had the Sony 8505 model for two months, a very good TV with android.

The very positive aspects for me are:
+ The fact that it has android makes its use not slow, on the contrary, it is fast with many applications that you can install in the remaining memory of the 16 GB (about 8 GB are available). So far, android has not caused any issues.
+ With the VLC program, it plays videos from USB and downloads subtitles for titles that don't have them. I have tested it with a 4 TB hard drive without any problem, it recognized it and I was able to download subtitles for 3 out of the 6 movies.
+ The wireless connection to the router (10 meters away) is very good without interruptions, you can easily watch YouTube and Netflix depending on the connection one has.
+ It has a satellite receiver, it easily found the satellite and installed the channels, but it is not as user-friendly to organize them directly from the TV. As a result, I downloaded a program from the website, installed it on the computer, backed up the channels from the TV to a USB, organized them on the PC, and then imported them back to the TV. Here is where you can download the program: https://www.sony.gr/electronics/support/articles/00200061
+ From the 85++ models and above, you can also record on USB or hard drive, regardless of the channel you are watching, depending on the model.
+ The microphone on the TV remote works very well, I have only used it so far on YouTube.
+ The picture quality of the TV is very good for satellite and especially for terrestrial channels, which often have low resolution. The 85++ series and above have processors that enhance the image, which the other models do not have. For example, you can see a comparison between the 85++ series and the 70++ series here: https://www.sony.gr/electronics/tv/t/tv?view=compare. Of course, it does not match OLED TVs, we are always talking about this category.
+ Also, the frequency numbers of 100 Hz, 400 Hz, and 1600 Hz that are mentioned on TVs, whether Sony or other brands, are not accurate and simply comparable to each other. Each brand has its own unit of measurement. The Sony FX 8505 has 100 Hz, while the models below work at 50 Hz. This applies to other companies as well, such as Samsung, LG, Philips, etc. Sony honestly mentions this on its website for all its models, in the MOTION ENHANCER (IN NATIVE HZ) field, you will see the Hz: https://www.sony.gr/electronics/tv/t/tv?view=compare
    * The speakers that the TV has are good, one can be satisfied with them as they have enough volume. However, anyone who wants good and high-quality sound for movies, music, and games should get a Soundbar.
