The good thing about this particular receiver is that one can access the menu and manually change the channel encodings without having to wait for the merchants' updates or the internet

After 1 year of operation, it started rebooting constantly. It turns off and on every 3-4 minutes!
The remote control has hard buttons (it requires a lot of pressure to give the command)
and the menu is difficult to use. I did a reset, nothing. I will change its firmware, although I don't think it will change anything, and then it goes to the trash!

The menu is slow and it freezes. The image is good, but if you need help from the company, there is no support available. You have to call them on a "pink" number that costs 2 euros per minute!!! If you have a friend who knows about these things, it's good, otherwise... you're screwed. Unacceptable service

As a receiver, it is very good with good image quality. But the YouTube application does not work. Also, you cannot connect HDMI and SCART together because they do not fit together. As for technical support, it is only available through a paid hotline. Overall, it is a very good choice for simple satellite channel reception

This device is small and cheap but it seems to be well-built, I chose it also for the wifi. Since I have no experience with satellite systems, I struggled to find the channels, it has many options. The user manual that comes with it says few things about connecting the cables, the manual I downloaded from the internet is more detailed, but still doesn't mention important things for someone who is not familiar. As for the wifi, it is useful for upgrading, you can also watch videos on youtube (with some difficulty) but that's about it, it doesn't have other apps for other uses (it's not related to a TV box). Most channels I found on hotbird are locked and I'm not talking about subscription ones, I've heard that there are codes that unlock them somehow, if someone knows and has put them in this specific device, please put a link in the comments. I will comment again when I learn more about it.

It has applications such as YouTube, Google Maps, a weather app, etc. But unfortunately, the device broke down in three days with minimal operating hours. Luckily, I took it to a representative here, they sent it to Edision, and from there they sent me a new device.
