The continuous tube features two cuff-pads, lined for application to the ankle or wrist. The exercise device comes pre-assembled and has a circumference of 90 centimeters.

CanDo is licensed to use the Thera-Band color series, making it easy to identify resistance levels. The levels range in order of resistance from the lowest to the highest:

  • Yellow
  • Red
  • Green
  • Blue
  • Black
  • Silver
  • Gold

The length of 45 centimeters represents the length of the tube from end to end when the unit is flat and stretched. Made from natural rubber latex. Color-Resistance Level: Black, Hard 1x.
