per user (μαλλον per ip εννοείς) δεν βλέπω να κάνει.
Αν πρόκειται για έναν ή μία ομάδα πχ τον γείτονα υποστηρίζει guest wifi network όπου εκεί βάζεις bandwidth control πόσο upload και πόσο download επιτρέπεις.
Υπάρχει μενού για QoS (σε ποια υπηρεσία ή ip θα δίνεται προτεραιότητα) αλλά αυτό είναι διαφορετικό από το bandwith control.
Και τα δύο δεν τα έχω λειτουργήσει και τα λέω όπως τα βλέπω στο μενού.
