Within three years of purchase, a technician has come 4 times! I have total support. The resistors do not cook the food. The burners heat up slowly. Desperately slow. The worst of all is that it short-circuits and trips the main house fuse!! In the comments, I see that others have the same problem. I give zero for this purchase. Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!

The oven light worked for about a month, and that's questionable. Huge problem with the oven, it doesn't bake; a chicken takes at least three hours on full. Pies come out undercooked after two hours. The stove burners are very strong; you need to learn to regulate them. We definitely won't buy the same one again when it breaks.

Be very careful with this kitchen. I've had it for 50 days. The glass covering the lamp broke and fell into the food while cooking. If you look at the lamp, it's positioned above, between the heating elements. It's supposed to be heat-resistant. In rare cases, the technical department told me that this can happen, as it did to me, due to temperature. This is the response the head of the technical department at Pitsos received from those who manufacture it. I asked to have it replaced with another model that has the lamp on the sides, and they told me it can't be done. If most of the glass hadn't floated in the food, we would have been eating glass. You can imagine the rest...

One of the worst purchases.
I bought it for my parents in 2019.
In the first two years, the circuit board broke, the company took responsibility (as a defective board from the company).
The heater broke, it rusted from the moisture, in the first 3 years. All the burners broke. It frequently tripped the house's circuit breaker. We called a technician 5 to 6 times.
This kitchen needs to be withdrawn from the market.

the worst in kitchen durability... we bought it with a 6-year warranty. in between, a technician came 4 times. to change the thermostat, to change a burner that broke, to change the upper heating element of the oven, to change the thermostat a second time. now it is out of warranty and again the grill with the thermostat keeps tripping the house's circuit breaker... everything cooked in the oven releases steam internally.

It is honest for an economical kitchen. The light that indicates if the oven has reached temperature came off and fell somewhere inside, so you have to look for it at an angle. The burners take quite a while to reach temperature. To get them to 6-7/10, it definitely takes about 15 minutes.

I chose this specific kitchen because of the reliability of the brand name. And the previous one was Pitsos. We are very satisfied, it is for my parents, both in terms of construction quality and cooking times (on Sunday I made a stew for nine people in a pot much larger than the diameter of the burner and although I expected the cooking to take longer, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the time and the result). The oven is quite powerful, it bakes quickly and the convection function is not at all annoying. The buttons are readable and easy to use, and it also has a menu of functions. The burners are easy to clean and overall it is a very good choice!! The only negative is that it does not have a lid...!!!

Very good kitchen, good quality, worth its money. I bought a second one for my family. The side grills of the oven are detachable, so it is very easy to clean. There is a little noise from the fan and until it cools down, but it is low and not bothersome.

Very good classic kitchen. It only loses in details, for example, it doesn't have a lid or when the hands are oily, the buttons slip a little. Otherwise, it is fast in the oven and on the stovetop, simple, quiet.
