This happened periodically for 3-4 times. Finally, I have been trying since November to make an appointment for them to come and see it, and finally, after another contact, they came today from the company Sol Violakis and after they performed the relevant service, I paid 65 euros for exactly 10 minutes of work. Now, can someone trust this company that we chose for installation and service, while other companies provide immediate service and excellent professionalism with a work certificate for 30 euros, etc.? Ultimately, these are the reasons why companies go out of business.
