I love this product. In the past I used as well Thrakon liquid glass, but the difference is huge. I consider Alchimica the best product I ever used, in its range of products.

Very strong elastomeric brushable waterproofing. After application, it noticeably reduces the temperature inside the space. However, it requires good application (thorough washing with a pressure washer, priming, and painting two coats crosswise, with the necessary amount per square meter).

Very good for balcony tiles that used to let water through the joints, just be careful not to create bubbles during application, as water will penetrate from there. I have the transparent one for two years and it holds up fine.
