Great coffee at a very fair price. The only negative I can find is that it doesn't make a lot of foam when I shake it for a freddo. Just details!

At 25 euros per kilo I think it's the best, if you want to go for something better you go up to 40 euros per kilo! (for cappuccino)

Nice coffee. I could strongly taste the honey. I won't say it bothered me, it strongly reminded me of the days when I was sick and used to add honey to another blend.

Classic, aromatic 100% Arabica coffee, ideal for those who prefer a mild yet full-bodied espresso, with a nice crema and sweet notes. It works very well in home espresso machines and super-automatics, as long as the grinder is properly adjusted. The 1kg package is cost-effective for daily use, especially if you drink a lot of coffee at home.

Very good coffee for its price. I am impressed that it keeps its flavor even when cold. It is not particularly heavy.

It is the best packaged coffee from Lavazza at an unbeatable price. The others I have tried are much worse and I have searched a lot, with 10 varieties from Lavazza where the taste result was like charcoal. Obviously, fresh coffees are superior but you get what you pay for.

I decided to experiment and try the Oro but no... coffee for low expectations since in a freddo it's basically undrinkable, giving off a strange sour taste I would say, while in a cappuccino with the addition of milk it's better. Lavazza lags behind Hausbrandt and Danesi by a lot

It's a matter of personal taste. I didn't like it because I drink cold coffee, so it loses intensity and flavor, while in hot coffee it's not bad, but in general it's a very light coffee.
I got the Lavazza Super Crema which also has a Robusta variety that is more intense with better body and is much superior in cold coffee.

It is a good coffee that I feel hits the average of people while maintaining the medium roast and some nice aromas. It has more acidity than other Lavazza or similar commercial brands. If someone wants to avoid the intense acidity, they should grind it finer if their machine supports it. The 2-3 times I ordered it, it arrives about 3 months from the roast date, which is not ideal but not unacceptable either, given that you are not ordering fresh.

Of medium intensity, it leans more towards a warm cappuccino (i.e., it complements the milk), it also depends on how you grind it, what pressure your coffee maker has, how many grams, what extraction, etc...(most of you know this, no need to repeat). It's hard to describe a blend and have someone else understand it (because it's purely a matter of taste); if you don't try at least five or six cups, you won't know if you like it or not! I recommend it anyway!

I decided to try it for the 100% Arabica and the good price. In winter, I exclusively use it for cappuccino. I found it relatively weak. I wouldn't buy it again since for the same money I find Vergano a little better. Ideally, I prefer Hausbrandt, but from 18-20 euros/kg to 28-32 euros, the difference is quite significant.

Coming from the Lavazza Rosa, it is lighter and sweeter in taste by comparison; I would not recommend it for the first coffee of the day, it is better cold

The quality of it is very mediocre. In the cut, Oro was always better than Rossa. These specific ones seemed worse than the Rossa I found in the supermarket.

It is a simple and good coffee. For its price, it is satisfactory, but compared to the ones I have tried, Jacobs at 20-22€ is somewhat better and CARRARO at 30€ is clearly better.
There are many brands available, so I generally try different ones constantly.
I haven't found any bad companies, just some are objectively better and some subjectively better

20 grams of coffee with extraction in 64 grams, very good result with strong aroma and quite good taste. The only thing that lacks a little is the body of the coffee, and for this reason, 4 stars

I was really surprised when I tried this particular coffee because I generally like Lavazza as a company...
It's not drinkable when it's hot... the coffee is sour and ruins the whole taste for me... it's okay when it's cold like a frappuccino, but still borderline for me...
The truth is, for the 17.4€ I bought it, I wouldn't buy it again.
I'm just stating my opinion from the test I did by buying 2 kilograms of coffee... Maybe someone else might like this result...

I tried this coffee because I saw good reviews and of course it was available at the supermarket. I wanted it to make a frothy cappuccino and it really is perfect compared to the previous one that didn't have good extraction and is almost double the price of Mrs Rose Arabica Espresso Coffee. This coffee, besides having a very good extraction, has a very nice taste according to my preferences. I made the coffee with the Delonghi Dedica Pump Automatic Espresso Machine 1300W, 15-bar pressure, and believe me, you won't regret it. From now on, I will buy this coffee not only because it's almost half the price I used to pay, but also because it has great extraction and taste. With 2 ice cubes in the mix with some sugar and 2 or 3 ice cubes in the glass... you can also make a nice frothy milk with cinnamon if you like, and you won't regret it. If you do regret it, please write in the comments why, because I don't want to lie. I highly recommend it for a perfect frothy cappuccino 100%.

I recommend reading the comment of user skrtsgr, which is detailed and covers everything, and I will add that it produces good results as a espresso, with approximately 19g of coffee and 55ml of extraction. If you identify yourself as a hipster or belong to Gen Z, skip this and look for single-origin coffees that sell at specialty shops, for €11 per quarter... For a slightly more 90s/00s espresso, at a price that doesn't hurt, this is a good product!

Perhaps the best thing available for this price, right now. Fans of authentic espresso know that coffee must be 100% arabica and this option is the cheapest but also the best, as long as we are talking about home use. Now, if you like very fancy things, it definitely won't impress you. But if you are practical and just want a quality coffee for a good espresso, whether hot or cold, there is no reason to spend a single euro more than this.

The value for money on this coffee is the best. I have tried many coffees and have ended up with 3 main ones. The Lavazza Oro and the two Hausbrandt Gourmet and HH. The Hausbrandt ones are of course more expensive, close to 10€/kg. But at the price of 15€/kg, I think Lavazza Oro is the best I have tried. Generally, though, coffees are a very subjective matter, so I am speaking personally for myself.

From the packaged supermarket coffees, I think it is the best choice... always considering each person's taste.

After many tests with various blends, I can confidently say that Lavazza Arabica Oro is a very honest and value for money choice. Tested in freddo and cappuccino, it is a balanced, sweet and light in taste coffee. The only negative is that its aromas do not last as long as I would like. However, due to its cost, it will remain one of my top choices as coffee.
