The quality of the coffee has definitely deteriorated. Where it used to be value for money, now I think it will lose a lot of its appeal to people.

The specific coffee I received has nothing to do with this Lavazza coffee in terms of aroma, taste, or texture because I have bought it from other stores many times. In fact, I bought five packages and all five had the same unacceptable taste and appearance as if it were a different or expired coffee. Honestly, the difference is huge and it's for the worse.

I work in a coffee shop, we work with a very famous coffee brand. But I like lavazza more for its taste and smell, of course, if you drink it pure without adding sugar or milk, which can affect the taste of the coffee.

Speaking objectively, it is a very light coffee with mild flavor and intensity, nothing like Jacobs and Illy, etc. I got it to try something different. For someone who is just starting to discover espresso, it might be good. The cappuccino is good for those who don’t want it heavy; in freddo, it is quite light. Finally, it has good quality, as seen from the foam and texture.

The only reason I entered to comment is to inform those who buy it to be very careful because the coffee can is not safe... I got cut right away when I touched it, I have attached photos... guys, I have never seen something like this in a can of this type.... I got a deep cut, the bleeding didn't stop until 6 and after 7-8 hours it is still like this... Coffee is like a newspaper. Usually, you buy what you have learned. That's how it is with the red Lavazza that I learned early on since it is in all supermarkets. One of the most common coffees you will find in supermarkets. Nice aroma, rich crema, medium to strong intensity and quite bitter. Overall good taste that leaves a light cocoa aftertaste, although it is difficult to perceive due to the bitterness of the coffee. The grind is ideal for home espresso machines. I have also tried making filter coffee and it turned out equally good. Obviously, there are better coffees available, but for its price and availability, it is a decent choice. I prepare the coffee with a Rohnson R-980 espresso machine

Lavazza was the first company when I bought my coffee shop, unfortunately in the last year the company has drastically reduced its quality, specifically the Rossa which used to be one of the best coffees on the supermarket shelves is now undrinkable, great disappointment from this particular company

Medium foam and taste without any particular bitterness... decent for its price.. Overall, it represents a mediocrity but for €3.2 the packaging, it's fine for me.. The coffee is brewed in a delonghi ec685.
