Όλοι οι ντεκαφεινε καφέδες από την διαδικασία αφαίρεσης καφεινης πάντα έχουν ένα μικρό ποσοστό καφεινης που αναγκαστικά παραμένει συνήθως της τάξης του 5% από την αρχική του κατάσταση χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι επηρεάζονται οι αρωματικοί υδρογονάνθρακες...άρα έχει πολύ λίγο καφεινη
