    Roasted on charcoal.. not just dark. The coffee smelled strongly of ammonia, a sign that its oils went bad. I find it logical with such roasting. I tried 2-3, very creamy, intense flavor, does not water down easily and easily plays in 1:3 without sourness or bitterness. But it's the only coffee that upset my stomach. Never again. Thrown in the trash.
