The 14th volume of "The Collected Works" of J. V. Stalin contains works that were written from July 1934 to April 1941. During this period, the Soviet people, under the guidance of the Communist Party, built the socialist society.
The volume opens with the work "On Engels' Article - The Foreign Policy of Tsarist Russia," where Stalin emphasizes that the main cause of World War I was the struggle between imperialist states for the division of the world, for colonies, markets, and sources of raw materials.
J. V. Stalin's introduction "On the Draft Constitution of the USSR" contains the analysis of the fundamental socialist transformations in the country's economy, the class structure of Soviet society, as well as the national mutual relations that took place as a result of the victory of socialism in the USSR.
