The ergonomic design and the high-quality and durable construction made of 18/10 stainless steel featured by the Ankor 7840-8, are two of its characteristics.

Design & Ergonomics

Stainless steel, glossy on the outside, matte on the inside with a black handle on the top. Made from high-durability and resilient 18/10 stainless steel, it features a lid with easy opening and closing with black ergonomic handles.

Energy Saving!

Pressure cookers consume energy more efficiently than conventional pots. As a result, cooking time is reduced and energy consumption can be decreased by up to 50%.

More vitamins & stronger flavor

The result of cooking food in a pressure cooker from which oxygen has been removed offers more vitamins and minerals in less time, preserving the color and aroma of the food.

Suitable for all stovetops

The triple bottom provides excellent storage and ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface of the pot's walls, making it ideal for all types of stoves.

Usage Instructions:

  • Before each use, make sure that the safety valve and the pressure regulation valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Ensure that the gasket is clean and properly placed on the lower inner rim of the lid
  • Carefully check the inside of the lid to ensure that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
