3 stars because I have had it for 5 years and it is perfect in every way, but now that I wanted to change the main thermostat (RC100) and install a smart one for remote control, if you install another brand of thermostat (e.g. Hysen) it does not accept it as the EMS-BUS interferes and there is no explanation for the wiring anywhere. The installers said not to go through the process of doing anything as it would 'confuse' it, which I find tragic for €1200 that you pay and in 2025 you can't install a simple smart thermostat.

Just one day of use but a huge difference compared to the previous one, same weather conditions, same temperature, the Buderus heats the house in 1/3 of the time that the previous one needed, very powerful, economical, and quiet. Time will show its reliability, but I can already see a big change in terms of economy from the difference in operating hours compared to the old one.

Apartment B floor, 100 sqm, owner for 5 months fully satisfied. The only drawback, which is not only for this specific model/brand, is that you cannot have hot water usage and heating at the same time (for example, if you turn on the radiator and enter for a bath, as long as it produces hot water, it does not provide for heating). Personally, I have combined it with the Buderus Logamatic TC 100 thermostat and I manage the heating remotely several times. In terms of quality-price ratio, I give it a 10/10, generally I would give it a 9/10 only for the reason I mentioned before. It has indeed very low consumption and is truly quiet, of course, the issue of consumption is purely related to how well a house is insulated.

1st floor in an apartment in Thessaloniki, impeccable work, heats up the space more than enough. I use it at 23.5 and we are all inside with our t-shirts on, and so far we have spent around 250 euros, at most it might reach 300 until the end of the season

I'm waiting to see. Just after 100 hours of operation this year, it showed error 227 and the technician said there was a problem with the circuit board. It is within warranty. It will be replaced for free. Let's see why I'm already starting to worry. I will wait over time to draw my conclusions.

*Edit. It turns out it was NOT a problem with the circuit board, but something got stuck because it was closed during the summer and was not working (!!!!). The technician, after the wrong diagnosis (from the hydraulic cooperative where I bought it), fixed it as he said with screws (I wasn't there) and simply cleaned it. He advised to never close it... what can you say. After the restoration, it worked flawlessly all winter. Overall, it is particularly quiet and very efficient as a machine, I hope it lasts. Within ~5 minutes, it raises temperatures up to 75 degrees and this has a direct impact on the space as it heats directly, which means savings.
