What is going on with these speakers... (purchased at 500 due to seasonal discount)
First of all, let me tell you that I have them for both music and movies
and I have them with a YAMAHA AX-496, YAMAHA TUNER T-S500, YAMAHA CD-S300
And their sound is V shaped. That is, bass and treble slightly above the mids... don't let this scare you because their midrange sound is also excellent... with incredible crossovers for their category.
I went to many stores and listened to many (almost all) speakers in this price range... as far as bass is concerned... and I emphasize... NOTHING comes even close to them.... For those who say they don't have enough bass, it's clearly a wrong placement in their space.... when I heard them and they played other speakers alternately in the same song, I was looking to find when it was their turn to play where the sub (woofer) was and I thought people were messing with me to sell them to me.... They came... so I put them at home and the revelation came! even today after a year I'm still looking to find where the sub is hidden.... the same goes for all my friends and acquaintances... I heard the best.... music all crystal clear.. in movies there's an explosion and you feel it.. If you're very interested in the sound stage, also check out the DALI OBERON 7 (which have a better sound stage but can't match the bass of the Klipsch)... for 500 euros you're stealing them... so even if they cost 700 the least you can do is go listen to them....
Finally, as you will see in the photo, due to space, I can't open them more from each other... but maybe they need more distance to work even better for me.. nevertheless they are excellent

Perhaps the best in the price category. Although they are American, they definitely have a European sound, design, and build quality. Very clear sound. The bass doesn't tire. One characteristic of these speakers, strange as it may sound, is that they fit well in spaces with many plasterboard walls!! (I have a large living room (60 sq.m. with plasterboard on the ceiling). In contrast to my older Roister and Audio Spectrum speakers, they don't make the house (e.g. windows, doors) vibrate even though their bass is more than enough. Simply flawless!
