Rosé wine from 100% xinomavro which remains with its lees for a few months, gaining in structure and body. It has a soft pink-salmon color and an intense aromatic character with aromas of citrus, forest fruits, cherry, and strawberry. 

On the palate, it is rich with notes of red fruits combined with light notes of rhubarb. It has good acidity and balance, but also an intensely aromatic aftertaste of sour cherry and cherry. 

It is served to accompany lobster pasta, shrimp saganaki with tomato, pasta with minced meat, vegetable dishes, summer Mediterranean, and exotic flavors.
