Excellent product! I dare say it has become the most used utensil in our kitchen, as we use it not only for soups and stews, etc., but even for frying steak/fish and stir-fries! Excellent value for money - thick bottom that heats up easily and retains heat better than any other, non-stick and not, I have tried many pans in the past. It is relatively much heavier than other non-stick pans but not prohibitively heavy. It is also logical, as the thick bottom that causes the weight allows for much better control of the cooking process. It is important for someone to know how to cook in a non-stick pan - once they know, it will be difficult for any food to stick. Finally, easy to clean by hand, except for the slightly additional weight!
