    I accidentally cut a nail and the shaft immediately bent. When I decided to send it for service, it was out of warranty and they asked me for 50 euros for the repair plus shipping. I decided to leave it to them (although I had put on a new disc thinking the disc was to blame) and let them put it where they know. From now on I am not going to buy anything from ffgroup again and to anyone who asks me I will discourage them from buying from this one

    Very good for its price, I didn't expect it.
    I can cut 5cm thick feta cheese without any effort. The laser is very helpful and the factory blade is reliable.
    It's a great tool, I trust it for my cuts. Quite sturdy and with a long cord.
    It's worth the money and more
