  • Purchased in November 19 for 275 euros, in May 22 the panel burned out, hoping initially that it would require some upgrade, I took it to the service where they informed me that it is not supported with spare parts and if a panel is found, it would be uneconomical to repair. As for its functionality until it burned out, it frequently lost the channel lineup and I had to reprogram them, it had slow response when changing channels and it would freeze when opening files with USB. After the failed purchase, the conclusion is to extend the warranty to have peace of mind for at least 5 years

The fact that every time you turn on the TV, the channels will be on a different number. Plus, you have to wait for it to take its time to change the channel or adjust the volume when you turn it on. It's enough to not buy it.

I have the 43-inch model, as far as the picture is concerned I have no issues. It was purchased for 209 euros a year ago in March 2020.
Until a week ago, I was using it with Vodafone, everything was great as it was just a display medium. Since I started using the TV with its own system, I have encountered some problems.
    - It loses channels every time I turn it off.
    - It loses WiFi sometimes when I turn it on and finds it after 20 seconds.
    - I cannot upgrade it with any means.
    - Whenever it remembers, it shows Amazon Prime as an application.
Now let's move on to the positives:
    + Good picture.
    + Good Netflix.
    + Good YouTube.
    + Okay sound.
For the 209 euros I paid for the purchase, it's okay

  • I bought it about 2 years ago for around 43,370€. It would occasionally freeze, but I thought it was not a big deal. Now it doesn't work on Netflix at all, and on YouTube it only works when it feels like it, usually after restarting. The remote control response is slow and the picture quality is average. The 3 stars I gave it in the end are too many

I have had models of Samsung, LG, Pioneer, etc. pass through my hands over time.
I can say that I did not expect such performance and image quality from this particular company, although it is a widely known brand abroad.
I was pleasantly surprised and even ordered the same model in 65 inches for the living room.
If there were 6 stars available, I would give them, always considering the price.

Disappointment!!! From a side position, you can't see for any reason. Also, it's ironic to watch football on a TV that was advertised during the World Cup and feel nauseous. As soon as I disconnected the disk from the USB, the port came off. It's a shame, we end up again that it's worth giving 100 - 150 euros more for a Samsung, even from its weaker models, Hisense is simply another category that targets pharmacists for their display to inform the world about emergencies.....

Terrible, Netflix doesn't work, it has issues and everyone is waiting for an update (which can be done with a USB stick and not online).
On the PS4, something happens with some games and the image is lost, and you have to switch from HDMI to another port and then switch back in order to play, and of course, it has a slow processor
