I have been using this product for ten years and I wouldn't change it for anything! It protects the ends from splitting and breakage without weighing down the hair (be careful, you only need a very small amount - 2 to 3 sprays - just on the ends). I have long hair and it has helped me a lot in maintaining their length despite frequent blow-drying and straightening (almost daily).

It spreads easily and indeed seems to protect the hair and leave it soft and shiny after blow-drying with a hairdryer & brush or even styling with a straightener. I haven't yet determined the amount needed, resulting in sometimes using more and feeling like it weighs down my hair. It has a gentle subtle scent.

It is a good heat protection product that can be used regardless of whether you use heat. It works soothingly on dry hair, especially on frizz. You can use it on dry hair to tame it, without the stiffness of hairspray or styling products. It has a light scent. I believe that this product is not so liquid that it needs to be placed in a spray bottle. I usually transfer it to an empty, clean pump container. It is best not to apply it to the roots of the hair as it can weigh it down or make it oily.

It weighs down the hair a lot (especially if you have fine hair). It may protect from heat, but then it quickly becomes greasy. I used it for a while and my opinion remains the same.

Lightweight, doesn't weigh down the hair!!! It absorbs quickly and drying long hair becomes faster!!
