              We have had the washing machine for over a year. Honestly, I can't find anything negative to say, there hasn't been a single time when there was an issue with the washing machine. It pairs well with the dryer from the same company, which communicate very well in terms of the program that the dryer needs to follow. We also use TwinDos almost exclusively, so we don't deal with the detergent/softener issue, with also excellent cleaning results.

              Serious problem with washing large-sized clothes such as tablecloths, bathrobes, and towels because the drum is quite big. If you wash only one bathrobe, the drum hits during the spinning process because it becomes unbalanced, and it keeps hitting until it is centered. This is the second washing machine that needs to be replaced after one year because the drum broke. That's why MIELE itself suggests in one of its videos to add extra clothes during the wash of heavy garments. It's not worth the money in any case.

Always use less quantity than the recommended amount by the manufacturers, you will save money and the clothes will come out cleaner without any odors from overdosing. I experienced a malfunction in the programming of the washing time if you want to set it to wash and finish at a specific time. The technician came and replaced a circuit board and everything is fine now. What I have to say is that household washing machines are for a few washes per week, so someone who does a lot of laundry will eventually overload the machine. It's better not to use too many spins in the spin cycle. Overall, Miele is at the top in washing machines, with a more friendly drum for clothes washing without damage, many programs, and high-quality washing products. As for the price, it is the most expensive brand, but it's worth it for their washing machines. It is the second-to-last model with a touch screen and connection to the mobile phone. If someone wants to invest in a good washing machine, this is the right choice.

              The twindos system produces noticeably cleaner clothes compared to older devices (and other brands). The only downside is the price of its detergents, which is almost double that of common ones on the market.
              The high speeds almost dry the clothes but not excessively wrinkled!
              I would like there to be a "daily" program that is a little shorter because the cotton program lasts 2h39m. Of course, I use another program that suits me, but it would be good to be able to adjust the program itself.
              In general, it has many programs for whatever you want to wash, as well as a program for cleaning the washing machine itself with a notification.
              The handling through the app is particularly helpful. It shows all the program information, the weight of the clothes, and the remaining duration of the program. In short, Miele, guarantee!

              In the positive aspects, it is very good, it washes quietly, it has a good capacity with a drum volume of 65 liters. I would like it to be a little bigger, 70 liters, and the clothes soaking system with a special second pump that sprays the clothes both during washing and rinsing is perfect, especially if you use powder detergent, it ensures 100% utilization of the detergent to dissolve it completely and impregnate the fibers of the clothes. I also like that I can adjust the water level during washing and rinsing from the special settings. The Wi-Fi is very good, it works perfectly from my phone and notifies me when the washing cycle is finished. The dosing system is perfect, personally I have put detergent in one capsule and fabric softener in the other, keeping the compartments of my washing machine clean.

              In the negative aspects, I don't like at all that it only does one rinse in the express program of 20 or 30 minutes, which makes them useless as programs. Also, the longer programs for cotton or delicate fabrics are not particularly shortened by selecting the quick option. Personally, the sports clothes program with a duration of 1.09 or 48 minutes with the quick selection has been very convenient for me. This washing machine requires you to engage with it and maintain the dosing system by refilling the detergent containers when they run out, and of course, the washing machine reminds you of this.

                        We have had the washing machine for over a year. Honestly, I can't find anything negative to say, there hasn't been a single time when there was an issue with the washing machine. It pairs well with the dryer from the same company, which communicate very well in terms of the program that the dryer needs to follow. We also use TwinDos almost exclusively, so we don't deal with the detergent/softener issue, with also excellent cleaning results.

                        Serious problem with washing large-sized clothes such as tablecloths, bathrobes, and towels because the drum is quite big. If you wash only one bathrobe, the drum hits during the spinning process because it becomes unbalanced, and it keeps hitting until it is centered. This is the second washing machine that needs to be replaced after one year because the drum broke. That's why MIELE itself suggests in one of its videos to add extra clothes during the wash of heavy garments. It's not worth the money in any case.

                        Very good and sturdy washing machine, durable, with insulation inside to reduce noise. In combination with Miele washing products, the clothes come out clean and fresh. Always use less quantity than the recommended amount by the manufacturers, you will save money and the clothes will come out cleaner without any odors from overdosing. I experienced a malfunction in the programming of the washing time if you want to set it to wash and finish at a specific time. The technician came and replaced a circuit board and everything is fine now. What I have to say is that household washing machines are for a few washes per week, so someone who does a lot of laundry will eventually overload the machine. It's better not to use too many spins in the spin cycle. Overall, Miele is at the top in washing machines, with a more friendly drum for clothes washing without damage, many programs, and high-quality washing products. As for the price, it is the most expensive brand, but it's worth it for their washing machines. It is the second-to-last model with a touch screen and connection to the mobile phone. If someone wants to invest in a good washing machine, this is the right choice.

                        Excellent washing machine! The drum has a large capacity, it is illuminated, the touch screen is user-friendly and simple.
                        The twindos system produces noticeably cleaner clothes compared to older devices (and other brands). The only downside is the price of its detergents, which is almost double that of common ones on the market.
                        The high speeds almost dry the clothes but not excessively wrinkled!
                        I would like there to be a "daily" program that is a little shorter because the cotton program lasts 2h39m. Of course, I use another program that suits me, but it would be good to be able to adjust the program itself.
                        In general, it has many programs for whatever you want to wash, as well as a program for cleaning the washing machine itself with a notification.
                        The handling through the app is particularly helpful. It shows all the program information, the weight of the clothes, and the remaining duration of the program. In short, Miele, guarantee!

                        Zero support, from the beginning the twindos didn't work, the technician did nothing, let's try this, let's try that, definitely not worth the money, it happened in the midst of a pandemic and it was a disaster. I definitely do not recommend it, just pure frustration. The Miele brand that you knew is gone, only the name remains, a thousand times better to go with an LG or Samsung.

                        In the positive aspects, it is very good, it washes quietly, it has a good capacity with a drum volume of 65 liters. I would like it to be a little bigger, 70 liters, and the clothes soaking system with a special second pump that sprays the clothes both during washing and rinsing is perfect, especially if you use powder detergent, it ensures 100% utilization of the detergent to dissolve it completely and impregnate the fibers of the clothes. I also like that I can adjust the water level during washing and rinsing from the special settings. The Wi-Fi is very good, it works perfectly from my phone and notifies me when the washing cycle is finished. The dosing system is perfect, personally I have put detergent in one capsule and fabric softener in the other, keeping the compartments of my washing machine clean.

                        In the negative aspects, I don't like at all that it only does one rinse in the express program of 20 or 30 minutes, which makes them useless as programs. Also, the longer programs for cotton or delicate fabrics are not particularly shortened by selecting the quick option. Personally, the sports clothes program with a duration of 1.09 or 48 minutes with the quick selection has been very convenient for me. This washing machine requires you to engage with it and maintain the dosing system by refilling the detergent containers when they run out, and of course, the washing machine reminds you of this.
