Well, after 3 years something is not right with this mattress. From the beginning, of course. I thought I would get used to it, but it was in vain. I wondered if there was a manufacturing defect... because if I lie horizontally on the mattress, I feel it completely differently than in the normal position. I always get up feeling stiff. I changed pillows many times thinking maybe that was the problem... but nothing again. I am disappointed and I am thinking of getting another one because I haven't been sleeping well for a while now!!! I am suffering.... What a waste of money.... At least for me, it doesn't suit me at all!!!!

The mattress is good but has a major disadvantage, it is very hot, in winter it is a struggle, in summer it is impossible, so I had to buy a mattress topper from Media Strom where it is cool

It is made of very durable materials and is very heavy. It must be over 50 kilograms. I have bought it here for 3 years. Not a single day I woke up without back pain since I bought it. Note that I don't have any back problems, etc.
Due to the built-in mattress, you can't flip it over. Only legs - head. It creates a small indentation where I sleep (my weight is 82 kilograms) and when I turn it, the indentation gradually returns until the next time. Every month I turn it and solve this issue.
It doesn't fit me at all. It fits my spouse just fine. I would have changed it from the beginning but I kept postponing it. Now, after 3 years, I have decided to change it permanently. Waiting for the new one.
At the store where I initially addressed in case it was defective... it was simply cheap.

I have had it for almost 2 and a half years. I had terrible back pain due to disc herniation. In the morning, with the support of pillows, I would get up and couldn't stand for long. I was looking for an orthopedic mattress but ended up with this one. Within a year, normal waking up returned. I only took painkillers during the day. After the second year, everything was over. I believe that the mattress played a significant role because my lifestyle did not change significantly. I wouldn't change it for anything and I highly recommend it to people with diagnosed disc herniation.

Fantastic mattress. You don't want to get up. I am super satisfied with its purchase. I highly recommend it without hesitation

I have had it for 2 months now, hoping that as time goes by I will get used to it... while the mattress is made of decent materials, it doesn't provide me with any comfort... I wake up with discomfort in my back... maybe it doesn't suit me... the memory foam doesn't serve its purpose... it's good when it takes the shape of the body and you sleep, but if you want to turn on your side, it's completely uncomfortable... I'm thinking of flipping it upside down, although it's not recommended...

(update 10/2/2020) 4 months have passed since the purchase and I don't enjoy sleep, I have gotten used to it but not completely... I never used to wake up at night, now I wake up at least 2-3 times... maybe it doesn't suit me... I will be patient for another month... if the situation is the same, I will ask for a replacement... and since they might not accept it, I will buy another one from a different company... I will come back with updates.

(update 21/10/2020) A year has passed... I flipped it upside down a month ago, which is not recommended... the foam touches the bed frame... the other side is much harder... if I tell you that I sleep better... the mattress is not designed to be placed with the foam underneath... so soon I will replace it and go for a new semi-firm to firm one without the foam... This doesn't mean that I don't recommend it to someone else... it might not suit me, but it could be the best for someone else...

The mattress is amazing, the 4cm memory foam it has (combined with the springs) makes all the difference (it's a unique experience feeling your body sinking into it), that's why I chose to spend 100 euros more instead of choosing another one. I really enjoy and appreciate it.
I come back after almost 4 years to declare myself completely satisfied, this mattress is a true delight. As others have mentioned, over time a slight indentation may appear (depending on each person's weight), which may create some issues for couples with significant body weight differences.

Much harder than we expected and overall this memory foam is not very comfortable, to tell the truth.
