    The 28-month-old with acute middle ear infection did not accept nasal washes with anything. I was torn between this and the miniland, but finally, for two days now, it sucks up endless mucus, with gentle force, and the little one feels better, and doesn't snore as much during sleep, she sees it as a game because it has music.
