The Ovedrive is a carefully designed pedal that captures sounds from the 5E3 Tweed Deluxe and 6G2 Brownface Princeton amplifiers. The design focuses on the accurate representation of their circuits, taking into consideration the behavior, tone, and feel of the preamp, the inverter amplifier, and the power amp.

Using JFET technology, the pedal reproduces not only overdriven sounds but also clean/low-power sounds. One of the key features is the simulation of the compression and smoothness created by the power amp and the smoothing tube, respectively. This sound enhances the dynamics of the pedal and makes it very sensitive to the aggressiveness of playing.
