The traditional and recognized methodology of law is tested in the field of the internet, the law of technology is questioned, and technology dominates the law. The subject of this book is the legal approach from the perspective of applicable law and from a legal perspective on issues related to the legal relationships arising from the use and dissemination of the internet. Thus, it deals with issues related to the access provision agreement, protection of domain names, protection of personality and privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, unfair competition, constitutional recognition of the internet as a means of communication and information provision, i.e. as a mass media, as well as issues of private international law. The third edition takes into account the relevant legislative changes, includes the subsequent case law of both the courts and independent authorities, and the latest positions of theory on the constantly evolving issues and problems related to the Internet.
