I change my review to positive. Try lowering the built-in rear speakers of the soundbar to -3, lower the center to -2, and raise the overhead to +5 or 6... Then you will see the spk8-s intervening correctly. Also, they do not have their own volume control, adjusting the rear of the soundbar concerns the built-in speakers and not the wireless ones, something that took me a long time to understand. Still, they are not worth more than 50€ as an addition but unfortunately lg sells them very expensive. The truly wireless one, however, is Samsung's patent that has the power cord on top and you can place it wherever you want... In the case of lg, the 2 rear speakers are wired to a receiver, and this makes the layout very difficult.

From 100 to 160€ that I bought them, they are perfect for purchase and worth it. At 209€ that they are now in Greece, the price is excessive and I would recommend buying them from abroad for much less money. In terms of quality, they are excellent and their sound is very good. Definitely, if you have a sound bar that accepts surround speakers, they must be purchased to have a cinematic experience and a more complete sound.

The best thing ever, really. It changes the whole experience and is a game-changer for a complete soundbar set. In my case, it was combined with the SP8YA and the difference from the TV speakers is chaotic, especially in surround, where it was non-existent before.

They were purchased to complement the LG DSp9ya soundbar. Flawless, very easy pairing (you just plug them in), they do not lose their signal at 3 meters with objects in front. Quality construction, worth their money.

I have the SN7Y soundbar, which is very satisfying for watching movies, which I use it for. With the addition of the SPK8, the sound space is filled. The experience is quite cinematic and especially in movies with Dolby Atmos, it soars. Compared to just the soundbar, the sound becomes multidimensional and comes from every direction. It puts you in the action of the film.
The connectivity was very simple and the pairing with the soundbar was immediate and hassle-free.
The volume and various other settings are controlled through the LG Soundbar app.

Connection was made with LG sl5y soundbar. I am still searching for the settings as the sound of the soundbar fills the room. Surround needs to be activated from the remote control by holding down the corresponding button. In virtual-x mode, the soundbar plays low. Of course, from the settings of the soundbar, you can increase the volume of the rear speakers up to +6. You can only hear effects, music, etc., not dialogues. In other modes, they play loudly. It is worth buying them. If you have purchased a 2.1 soundbar and want something richer in sound. The quality from the speakers is perfect

Very excited and satisfied with their performance. I connected them together with the SL8Y soundbar. They are perfect for my space. I got them at a good price. I placed them on the Brateck speaker stands.

The negative aspect is that the receiver must be within a distance of up to 2 meters from the soundbar in order to connect via Bluetooth, resulting in the speaker cables not being long enough to be placed at the correct distance and position according to the space, of course...

I purchased new cables of greater length that fit in my space.
After 3 falls from the 2-meter distance, they have not shown any signs or caused any problems in functionality.
