The vacuum cleaner is EXCELLENT for what it offers: Huge convenience, a multitude of attachments, super easy bin cleaning, power, and effective cleaning of almost all surfaces in the house.

I use the small vacuum on the sofas and curtains, and it doesn't leave any cat hair even on low settings.

The two nozzles are perfect, the simple one for carpets and the fluffy one for hard floors. I successfully use the simple nozzle on hard floors; it's not like the fluffy one, but it gets the job done if there aren't very large particles to suck up.

It has an attachment for corners, tight spots, and baseboards, one for dusting that is adjustable, and one that "breaks" the pole for comfortable sweeping under furniture. The pole can be removed to turn it into a handheld vacuum.

It charges quickly and easily. It has 3 levels; even the low setting is satisfactory. Large particles like pebbles, cat pellets, dry cat food, and similar items require the 2nd or 3rd (Max) level, with a few seconds of persistence to get them up into the bin and not fling them out.

With one charge and primarily using intensity level 1, a bit of intensity level 2, and minimal time at max intensity, it cleans a 100m² home and not just the floors.

HOWEVER: It is essential to frequently clean all the attachments and not to bang/drop them from a height, as the plastics are indeed sensitive to keep the vacuum as lightweight as possible. The nozzles open by twisting a coin in the special recess to remove hair and debris, and they should be cleaned with a brush. If this isn't done periodically, depending on use, it's reasonable and expected that the vacuum won't work properly.

The bin, if it doesn't come out and isn't cleaned with running water (we dry it very well before reattaching it!), will logically start to throw dust and debris after some time, which prevents the seals from closing tightly! But this is the price for the absence of the awful classic bag.

Of course, it is not feather-light; I don't know why people complain about the weight when there are cheaper, lighter ones like toys that don't suck up anything. These specific vacuums are NOT suitable for people with hand weakness for any reason (arthritis, elderly, etc.). However, it is easy to unscrew the battery mechanism and put a rubber band that can hold the trigger down continuously and go in and out whenever you want (there is also a special attachment for this, although not officially from the company).

Such vacuums are usually NOT suitable for after renovations and workshops with large debris, but ideal for home use.

The filter is washable but MUST be completely dry before you screw it back in; otherwise, it will get muddy and break immediately.

There is a simple support base in the packaging, but you don't necessarily need to drill a wall, as it stands upright easily anywhere.

The battery, after a few years or even earlier if used daily for long periods, needs replacement.

There are excellent videos on YouTube for cleaning all the attachments and addressing common problems that may arise over the years.

There are also supplementary attachments if someone needs them, but they are expensive if they are the originals from the company.

The price is a downside, as it fluctuates strangely over time, especially for this specific model which is older. Generally, you pay quite a bit for the company's name.

It's worth it just for the convenience! I can't imagine why I didn't switch from the classic bulky, cumbersome vacuum cleaner earlier. It has saved us; a trial will convince you!

I didn't expect to give it two stars, as I wanted to buy it for a very long time. This vacuum was like a dream for me. The positives are that it absorbs well on the carpet even on low pile. The battery lasts satisfactorily. And the attachments for dust and sofas are convenient as well. However, the nozzle for carpets and the fluffy one are not designed to pick up little bits in corners near the legs of the table and chairs and near the furniture, as they are square-shaped and not flexible, resulting in needing to use the long stick to clean the corners when you finish. However, your hand is already tired and hurts because it is very heavy, and you have to lift it every time, which causes pain. I would prefer to be able to clean the whole house with just one nozzle. Also, when it encounters an obstacle, like a cord, it can pull it from underneath and get tangled instead of just pulling the dust that is under it like other vacuums do. This also causes it to get stuck between the carpet and the floor and makes a bouncing sound. And the nozzle for carpets makes an annoying sound when it touches the tiles. The fluffy one, again, does not pick up hair well; it leaves it underneath on the wheels. Also, sometimes it spits out the little bits again. Unfortunately. I didn't expect that I would get such an expensive vacuum just to use it a little on the carpet and simply to clean the sofa. Since they made this product, they should make it more flexible and ensure it doesn't hurt when you lift it because it's a shame for the money you spend, and I believe it isn't worth it. So now do I have to buy another electric vacuum to do my job?

The vacuum cleaner is worth it. It came with many accessories that if purchased separately, exceed the price of the vacuum cleaner.
I ended up not using my traditional vacuum because it had worn out, and I relied on the robot. However, the robot cannot reach corners and details.
I needed a stick vacuum because of pets, for all the difficult spots, carpets, and furniture.
The v10 was exactly what I needed. Lightweight and powerful, it thoroughly cleans the sofa cushions, baseboards, frames, and tiles.
One charge is enough for me to clean a 75sqm house even on max power.
Also, I finally have a 2-in-1, a vacuum and a handheld vacuum.
Update: After 3 months of daily use (often charging it 3 or 4 times a day) and especially now that pets are shedding for the summer, I have to say I don't know how I lived without the Dyson. I use the carpet head on furniture to remove pet hair, and I am very satisfied. Unfortunately, it needs a charge for each couch or armchair, but I also use it on turbo mode. If you have pets, don't even think about it! Get it!

I bought it from England about 5 years ago (this specific model had not yet arrived in Greece) and until then I had never had a battery-powered vacuum cleaner (only a handheld one) and I was skeptical about its reliability. After watching many videos and reading comments online, I decided to buy it for 550 euros (a very good price considering that when the V10 was first released in Greece, it was priced at 900 euros).
The experience is amazing as cleaning has become a game now.
You have a powerful vacuum in a compact size.
After 5 years of use, the battery performance has not dropped at all and it continues to work at the same rate as when it was purchased.
The battery lasts for about 45 minutes on the second setting, but you won't need that much time since you'll be done with heavy cleaning in less than a quarter of an hour (80 square meter house).
It comes with 1 attachment for carpets, 1 for smooth surfaces, and 1 for cushions and sofas. All three have built-in motors that rotate when we press the suction lever, resulting in great ease of movement and of course, cleaning.
Especially the carpet attachment lifts the carpet and the vacuum sucks in areas that would otherwise be missed.
Charging time after a full discharge is about 4 hours.
The dustbin is quite sufficient (plus, it can be emptied at any time).
I changed the filter after about 2 years because it got clogged (it can be washed, but at some point it gets clogged and can't be cleaned anymore). The original one costs about 40 euros in Greece (there are also cheaper alternatives, but I didn't notice a big difference in terms of fitting or suction power).
In short, it is definitely worth buying as you immediately have a vacuum cleaner in your hands without the need for any preparation with cables and setup. After 5 years of use, it still remains efficient.

Simply superpower.

The emptying of the bin is thankfully SUPER EASY - and I say thankfully because where you see the carpet and say "it looks clean," you pass 30 seconds with the Dyson on max and fill a bin with pet hair. Tested in a house with a short-haired dog and a cat with moderate hair: it is truly so effective in removing pet hair that it collects so many that you wonder how your pets haven't gone bald yet!

Also, due to the fact that it stands upright against the wall (even if the charging base, which is also perfect, doesn't fit), the vacuum cleaner is so user-friendly and efficient. We finally have a permanently clean house (despite the pets), as vacuuming is no longer a whole campaign, but a matter of minutes.

The only negative is that it has rendered the regular, traditional vacuum cleaner with a bag and cord useless, which now serves as decoration in the closet.

Comment on battery life: Battery: 1. Don't be afraid of the "1-hour battery life" because it is so powerful that vacuuming is done in 5 minutes!
2. Don't be afraid that after 2 years it will be thrown away like most rechargeable vacuum cleaners, because the battery can be replaced if it ever breaks.

Comment on noise level: Many expensive vacuum cleaners are noticeably quieter during use. BUT the noise of the Dyson does not come from the motor, on the contrary, it mainly comes from the "cyclonic" movement of the attachment, which makes all the difference. In my opinion, it's better to have 5 minutes of noise than 25 minutes of vacuuming with lower decibels.

(Purchased from abroad for 540 euros) Excellent cleaning on both the floor and carpets. The battery doesn't last very long on high power, but the high power mode is only needed for carpets anyway. It needs to be opened and cleaned once a month (depending on usage). The filter is washable, the bin is easy to empty, and it has been very convenient for picking up dog hair as it is cordless and easy to use. 4 stars due to the high price. Up to 400 euros would be a fair price. Not for 500+.

Update 6/2023
After 4 years of use, I haven't used a traditional vacuum cleaner for years. It continues to clean perfectly. Of course, every now and then you need to detach and clean some parts. I only use it on the medium power mode as the high power mode drains the battery in 5-10 minutes (it is only useful for carpets).
The lever that opens the bin is broken and requires extra pressure to open. I expect it to break at some point. The buttons that detach the attachments sometimes don't unlock easily.
Unfortunately, the replacement parts are very expensive and it's not easy to find imitations even abroad.

Overall, it remains an excellent choice and if it breaks, I will buy the newest model
