The Original Kettle E-5710 is a charcoal grill suitable for your garden and balcony, offering features that will make grilling easier and more enjoyable. It includes the One-Touch cleaning system, a deep ash collector, built-in hooks for easy access to tools, and a cooking grate made of chrome-plated steel.

Ash Cleaning System

Collect the ash with just a few moves after you finish grilling. With the One-Touch system, all the ash empties into the special tray, making collection a breeze. With the same lever, you can cut off the air and oxygen flow to the bowl when you want to extinguish the fire.

Direct and Indirect Grilling

With the Original Kettle E-5710 grill, in addition to the classic direct grilling with the charcoal directly under the food, you can also grill indirectly. Place the charcoal around or to the side of the food and by closing the lid, you will achieve a result that not only approaches oven baking but also adds the flavor, texture, and appearance that only grilling can achieve. This technique is suitable for chicken, roasts, delicate fish fillets, and generally foods that require more than 25 minutes of grilling.

I have cooked everything from sea bream to pulled pork. the maximum number it has fed is 25 (it takes work and preparation but you can do it). also on the Weber site there are recipes and if you change the country there are recipes from elsewhere. if I could I would give more stars
