    I received a product with a problem in the caller id with serial NO: 102005000951, it didn't work on any line. I am waiting for a replacement and I hope it was just a mistake and not a problem with the batch of devices.     - Slow relay, even if the redirected phone is on hangup, it will continue to ring.

    - Unclear enclosed English instructions, circulating on the internet with its own translation problems, as well as a demo video on YouTube that is not exactly explanatory. I set it up exactly as I wanted with a combination of these instructions. It will take you an afternoon, but it's worth the effort.

    - Convenient size and shape, possibility of wall installation in two directions.
